Important clarifications about this platform, its relationship with WhatsApp and the limits of what we promise.
1. No affiliation with WhatsApp or Meta
WhatzAPI is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, partnered with or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp Inc., WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook Inc., or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates.
"WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. "Meta", "Facebook" and "Instagram" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We use these names only descriptively, to indicate interoperability — never to claim association.
Any reference to WhatsApp on this site is purely for the purpose of describing what our software can connect to. Our platform interoperates with WhatsApp using publicly documented multi-device technology. We have no control over WhatsApp's policies, infrastructure or decisions, and WhatsApp may at any time change, restrict or revoke access to its services.
2. Intended use — reduce manual effort
This Service is designed and sold strictly to reduce manual effort for legitimate business communication — such as customer support, order updates, appointment reminders, internal team broadcasts, and other workflows where you already have a lawful basis to message the recipient.
It is not a tool for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or commercial spam.
- Phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation or social engineering.
- Contacting people who have not opted in or who have asked to be removed.
- Circumventing WhatsApp's own policies, rate limits or anti-abuse systems.
- Mass marketing in jurisdictions where it would violate consumer protection law.
Misuse may result in immediate account termination, WhatsApp number bans (imposed by WhatsApp, not by us), and legal liability for the sender. The user is solely responsible for the content sent and for compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to TCPA (US), CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), DPDPA (India), CASL (Canada) and PECR (UK).
3. No guarantee of deliverability or number safety
While we implement industry-best anti-ban patterns (smart throttling, randomized delays, warm-up workflows), we cannot and do not guarantee that any specific WhatsApp number will remain unbanned. WhatsApp is the sole judge of its own platform. You use the Service at your own risk and with the understanding that messaging behavior carries inherent risk of restriction.
4. No professional advice
Content on this website (blog posts, FAQs, marketing copy) is for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax or any other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, services or tools that we do not control. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party resource.
